A warm welcome to you all in the “Challenger Institute of Teachers Training Course” registered under “Govt Regn no.MAH/2023/2014”
Before we put insight on “TTC ( teacher’s training course) ” Let us brief you on why this course is important when you decide early childhood education is the right career choice for you.
The first question you need to ask yourself is,
“Do I like working with children?” If the answer is Yes,
Then you need to understand that working with children below 6 years requires a lot of patience & dedication. They are very sensitive at this age. Their needs are different & handling them individually is surely an exhausting job.
You need to understand that you could be the first person the child has interacted with apart from their parents/ family. Coming to school for the first time & separating from parents is a difficult time for kids & a teacher only can help them get through this transition with her love & warmth.
A teacher can be a substitute for their parents when they are away from the child. So in the TTC course, we teach & train the teachers on the needs of the job.
Furthermore, Teachers in early childhood education need to be creative as the child since at an early age, children are very quick learners and adaptive. Teachers have to come out of their mature beings and behave like a child with them in a friendly way.
To become an Early childhood education teacher, you need to have patience, communication skills, and the right temperament.
We in our TTC program, not only give fundamental skillsets and toolsets but help teachers to understand what mindset they need to go ahead in this field by giving hands-on experience by letting teachers enter into the actual classrooms.
Our TTC program is designed and developed in a way where we give teaching techniques, and knowledge of phonics, enhance creative parts like Art and craft, make flashcards and various charts, and train in improving communication skills, especially with children.
We let teachers explore their creativity by giving them assignments. And at the end of the course, we do an assessment.
After completion of the course, candidates become certified Early Childhood Education Teachers.
